- A student can proceed on leave with prior permission from the Principal, but the application must also be signed by the parents/guardian of the student and duly recommended by the tutor/class teacher.
- A tutor can recommend leave upto 3 days and senior tutor upto 6 days. For longer duration, a student must get leave application signed by the principal.
- Leave during house examination will be sanctioned by the Principal on the recommendation of the senior tutor in special cases only.
- If a student absents himself continuously for more than 07 days without authorized leave, his/her name will be struck off the rolls of the college. Such student will have to seek re-admission by making an application giving the reason to the Principal with recommendation of the teacher concerned and on payment of the prescribed fee.
- Leave on account of illness must be accompanied by a Medical Certificate from a medical officer. A student can be re-admitted only twice. After that he/she shall cease to be a student of the college. Re-admission is required to be sought within seven days of the date on which the notice of struck-off is put on the Notice Board, failing which it is to be assumed that the student is not interested in continuing as such. In case of 2nd re-admission of the student, admission will not be given without personal presence of parents/guardian.
